How do I book a tour?

How do I reserve my wedding date?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and 15% deposit are due to reserve your wedding date. Please note all deposits are non-refundable.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card (additional 3.5% fee), and ACH check transfers (additional 1% fee).

Do I get a discount?

Yes, only the San Moritz Lodge packages are eligible for a discount:
Friday -$1,000.00
Sunday -$1,500.00
Mid-Week -$2,500.00
Active military/first responders -$500.00.

Do I have to obtain Insurance?

Yes, day of event insurance is required for all packages.

Question 6

Can I hire outside vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, depending on the package, you are able to hire outside vendors. We do not charge an outside vendor fee.

If your package includes a vendor, you must choose from our preferred vendor list to use the allotted credit.

What about bar services?

All alcohol must be purchased through our preferred vendor. Different options are available depending on your venue location.

Any alcohol not provided by our vendor is prohibited from being consumed on property.

Is gratuity included?

All San Moritz Lodge Wedding Packages include gratuity for the Catering Vendor. However, packages do not include/charge gratuity for the remaining vendors, Wedding Coordinator, or The Lake Gregory Company crew.

How long do I have the venue?

The San Moritz Lodge event time is 6 hours, but you can access the get-ready suites on most days beginning at 9 a.m.

Wildflower event time is based on the package of your choosing. All events must end by 10:00 p.m.

When will my Wedding Rehearsal be scheduled?

All Wedding Rehearsals are subject to availability and are only included in the San Moritz Lodge packages.

Is day-of-event coordination included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, All San Moritz Lodge packages include a day of Coordinator to ensure the execution of your wedding day.

The Wildflower packages do not include a day of Coordinator.

Does your venue offer weather contingency backup?

The San Moritz Lodge Venue offers a weather backup option.

The Wildflower Venue is an outdoor-only venue and does not offer a weather backup option.

Can I toss petals, confetti, etc?

Yes, all items must be real and/or biodegradable to help preserve the San Bernardino National Forest.

Are you dog-friendly?

Yes, all dogs are allowed to be included in outdoor ceremonies, and dogs that are ADA-certified are allowed to be in the reception spaces.

What time is check-in & check-out for the Honeymoon Cabin?

The Honeymoon Cabin is only included in the San Moritz Lodge Wedding Packages. Check-in time is 2 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m.

The Lake Gregory staff will ensure that water, food, cake, and special request items are delivered prior to the end of your event.
