The property boasts 3 miles of perimeter hiking trail, swimmable water, a historic lodge/hotel, dog park, and multiple boat entry points.  There are many production resources, including Parking, Bathrooms, Covered Dining areas, Staging areas, Basecamp, BG Holding, and close proximity to many other mountain locations.
