PURPOSE
The Lake Gregory Community Recreation Co (LGCRC), is seeking Proposals from interested and
qualified Proposers to provide the design, permits, and establish an engineer’s estimate of construction costs to replace Lake Gregory’s non-motorized boat launching facility. The number of awards will b determined by the quality of the proposals received.
BUDGET
LGCRC estimates a budget not to exceed $300,000 for completion of this work.
CONTRACT TERM
The Contract period will begin on or around April 21, 2026 and end on January 29, 2027.

The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
